Arzetta's pictures portray calmness and serenity and a sense of quietness that may be helpful to those who view them. She has been painting for almost 50 years and has a degree in art. Through the years she has studied with many different teachers and also taught classes.

Most of her pictures are painted from photographs taken when she and her husband traveled. Most subjects interest her, and she paints in several different mediums. Light just makes a subject come alive and capturing that quality is an important part of each painting.

Arzetta's art work is displayed in many businesses and private homes across the US. She is a member of the Shoals Artists Guild, Art & More Artists Cooperative and displays her work at First Fridays in Florence, and Kennedy-Douglass Art Center as well as other local venues.
